Online psychotherapy can feel strange in the beginning, but you find that you will settle in quite quickly. Most of our clients have felt very comfortable even before the end of the first session. Your psychologist will guide you though the process in the comfort of your own home.
The benefit of online psychotherapy is that you can have your session where ever you are. Life is busy and it can be hard to find time between work and life responsibilities. Online psychotherapy helps to fit into your schedule. You can also choose the psychologist that suits you the most, regardless of the area they are in.
Online psychotherapy is suitable for adults and teens. Play therapy (children under 12) will still need to be conducted in person.
All you need is a private space, a smartphone/laptop and an internet connection.
When booking your appointment with us, let our Practice Manager know that you would like an online session and we will send you a Zoom link to use at the time of your appointment.
