I am a clinical psychologist, having obtained my Master’s Degree at the University of Johannesburg (UJ), and both my Honor’s and Undergraduate degree at University of South Africa (UNISA). I am trained in both brief and long-term modalities namely Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Person Centred Approaches and, Narrative Therapy. I also have a special interest in African Centred Psychology.

My approach to therapy is always in line with what the client needs, as the objective is to tailor-make treatment based on my client’s needs. My journey as a psychologist has shown me that my profession is about changing people’s lives and helping them navigate through a stressful phase in their lives. No problem is too small in my profession as I believe that, whatever the problem is – it needs to be resolved in order to give hope and new meaning to life.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
